Referral Scheme Conditions

Currency Solutions has introduced a Referral Programme for our valued clients, an opportunity to earn rewards by referring our services to their personal and professional networks. By participating in the Currency Solutions Referral Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Currency Solutions reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Programme at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

1. Eligibility

1.1 This Programme is open exclusively to existing Currency Solutions personal account holders with an active account.

1.2 Employees of Currency Solutions and its group companies, current referring partners (including affiliates and their employees), are not eligible to participate.

1.3 For the purposes of this Programme, "New Client" means a private individual who has not previously registered with Currency Solutions Ltd. An existing Currency Solutions client who re-registers does not qualify as a New Client.

2. How to Refer

2.1 To be eligible for a reward, your referred contact must register using your unique personal referral link. The referral link may be shared via any medium, including but not limited to email, messaging applications, or social platforms. Only referrals submitted in accordance with this method will be considered valid.

2.2 If you have not yet received your unique referral link, please contact your dedicated Account Manager or write to us at marketing@currencysolutions.com.

3. Reward Structure

3.1 Subject to the conditions set out herein, the following reward tiers apply:

3.2 Rewards are limited to one voucher per successful referral. There is no limit on the number of referrals a referrer may make.

3.3 The qualifying transaction must constitute a foreign exchange conversion transfer (for example, GBP to EUR). Transactions that do not involve a currency conversion will not qualify.

3.4 Vouchers will be dispatched to the referrer within 30 working days following the successful completion of the New Client's qualifying transaction.

4. Voucher Conditions

4.1 Vouchers are issued in GBP and are valid for use within the United Kingdom.

4.2 Where a referrer is based outside the United Kingdom, an equivalent regional Amazon gift voucher may be issued subject to availability and the applicable terms of the relevant Amazon marketplace at the time of issue. Currency Solutions reserves the right to determine the applicable voucher type at its sole discretion.

4.3 Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

4.4 Vouchers are valid in accordance with Amazon’s prevailing gift voucher policy at the time of issue. Currency Solutions accepts no liability for any changes to Amazon’s terms that may affect voucher validity or redemption.

4.5 All goods and/or services constituting the voucher are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party service provider. Currency Solutions Ltd makes no representation and gives no warranty in respect of such goods and/or services, and accepts no liability in connection therewith.

5. Programme Integrity

5.1 To safeguard the integrity of this Programme, participants must not:

• create multiple accounts for the purpose of self-referral or to generate fraudulent reward claims;
• invite individuals with whom they do not have a genuine pre-existing personal or professional relationship;
• distribute unsolicited or unauthorised promotional materials in connection with the Programme;
• share a referral link without first having obtained the explicit consent of the recipient to receive marketing communications; or
• engage in any conduct that may adversely affect the reputation of Currency Solutions or its brand.

5.2 Currency Solutions reserves the right to withhold, withdraw, or reclaim any reward where it reasonably suspects misuse of the Programme or a breach of these terms and conditions.

5.3 If a referrer is unable, for any reason, to lawfully receive the reward, or would unfairly or unlawfully benefit from doing so, the referrer must not participate and must not attempt to claim any reward.

5.4 Currency Solutions is not responsible for any misrepresentations made by a referrer in the course of communications with their referred contacts.

6. General Terms

6.1 This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or offer operated by Currency Solutions.

6.2 All decisions regarding the validity of referrals and the eligibility of rewards are made at the sole discretion of Currency Solutions Ltd, and such decisions are final.

6.3 Currency Solutions reserves the right to amend the terms of, suspend, or permanently withdraw this Programme at any time without prior notice.

6.4 This Programme and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
