What is Strong Customer Authentication (SCA)?

Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) is a regulatory requirement introduced in Europe on 14th September 2019. Its primary objective is to enhance the security of online payments and reduce the risk of fraud.

How does Strong Customer Authentication work at Currency Solutions?

To comply with SCA regulations and maintain the highest level of security for our customers, we've implemented the following verification process:

  • Mobile Security Code: Each time you log in to your online account, we send a 4-digit security code to your registered mobile phone.
  • Code Entry: Enter the 4-digit security code into the pop-up box displayed on your screen, as illustrated in the example provided.
  • Access Your Account: Once you've successfully entered the security code, you will be directed to your online account, ensuring a secure and seamless experience.

What to do if the details on the pop-up are incorrect?
